The Tourism Authority of Thailand has mapped out agro-tourism routes across the country, from golden tangerine orchards in Nan Province to the durian farms along historic canals in Bangkok.

Many of the activity sites are conveniently close and a visitor could combine visits in Lampang Province to get lessons in elephant handling, visit a local waterfall, an orchid farm and see the Bee conservation Centre all in a day.
